The green line on the map illustrates the core area that the Milgis Trust conserves and operates within. It is difficult to define our exact area of operation - since people and wildlife roam nomadically, and so do we!

Core Operations
The trust is run from Lkanto hill, which is situated at the confluence of the Seiya and Barsaloi Lugga's. The entire trust relies heavily on radio communication facilities situated at the top of the hill
The radios are manned 24 hours by our radio operators who have the extremely important job of coordinating all the ground operations.
